We ship products (excluding live fish) across Australia using Australia Post and other courier services. Due to biosecurity regulations, we cannot ship live plants to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), or Tasmania (TAS). Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. These costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total before payment. Live plant orders are dispatched via Express Post on Mondays only. Other orders are shipped between Monday and Wednesday. Delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days, while Express Post orders may arrive within 2–4 business days. Once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. In such cases, please lodge a claim directly with the relevant shipping provider.
We make every effort to ensure product availability and accurate pricing on our website. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to offer an alternative item, place the product on back order, or issue a full refund.
